Retech Farming Showcases Poultry Farming Solutions at ILDEX Indonesia 2026

Retech Farming has successfully concluded its exhibition participation at ILDEX Indonesia 2026, held from September 16–18 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) in Jakarta.

This marks Retech Farming's second participation in the Indonesian market in 2026, reflecting the company's continued commitment to serving poultry farmers and project owners in Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asian market.

5-Tier Automatic Type A Layer Cage for Indonesian Poultry Farms

One of the key products showcased at the exhibition was Retech Farming's 5-tier fully automatic Type A layer chicken cage system.

The system is designed with practical considerations for different poultry house layouts, including open-style chicken houses, which are commonly used in tropical farming environments.

Key features include:

1. Ideal natural ventilation：A-type 5 tiers battery cage systems offer a larger and more comfortable hen space of 132cm² per bird, resulting in higher egg production.
2. Ample water supply: The dual water line design ensures that the chickens have access to fresh drinking water 24 hours a day, avoiding water supply interruptions and maintaining high levels of health and production performance.
3. Saving feed cost: Deep ‘V’ Feed Trough with Inner Rim, special design effectively prevents chickens from scattering feed while eating, minimizing feed loss.
4. Strong, Durable, and Hygienic: 275g/m² Hot-dip galvanized steel.Stronger equipment and 20 years service life.
5. Intensive Management and Automated Control: Fully automated feeding, drinking, egg collection, manure removal, and environmental control systems reduce manual labor and save resources. Creates a comfortable growing environment for the chickens.

For chicken farms planning to raise 10,000–20,000 laying hens, 30,000–50,000 hens, or more, Retech Farming can provide cage configurations and complete equipment solutions according to the farm's capacity, house dimensions, climate, and management requirements.

The automatic broiler cages on display also attracted customer attention. Compared to ground-level systems, broiler cages can increase broiler capacity by 2-4 times, improving chicken house space utilization. Combined with fully automated feeding, environmental control, and ventilation systems, they are the preferred choice for local small and medium-sized and growing poultry farms.

Intelligent Environmental Control for Indonesia's Hot and Humid Climate

Indonesia's tropical climate presents particular challenges for poultry production, especially in maintaining suitable temperature, humidity, and air quality inside the poultry house.

To address these management requirements, Retech Farming also demonstrated its  intelligent poultry house environmental controller at the exhibition.

The system can connect to a mobile phone, allowing farm operators to monitor important environmental parameters such as:

* Humidity

* Carbon dioxide concentration

* Ventilation and environmental-control status

This means farmers can check key poultry house conditions remotely without having to enter the house every time.

For large-scale farms, remote monitoring can make it easier for farm managers to identify abnormal environmental conditions and respond promptly when adjustments are required.
